The American Trade Organization has declared the State of Emergency. You join an underground crew to put this organization out of business. This is where you come in to be one of the bad guys to tear everything up. You are allowed to play one character out of five different ones who have their own unique backgrounds. State of Emergency is an urban riot action game.
